Join us for Pilates on the Green every Thursday at 8:30 am April 30 through September 24. All skill levels are welcome, and exercises are presented with multiple movement options; allowing all participants to stay in their comfort zone. This FREE class will be taught by Tara Kalson of Bodymax Pilates. Pilates Mat classes focus on cultivating score strength. Pilates enhances strength, flexibly, balance endurance and inner awareness.
